I am going to paste some of my reviews here, though the stars do not show other than to say 5.0 rating.
I develop characters who the reader can relate to--the reader comes to love or hate the character and many characters often become characters the reader "loves to hate". :)
I have a MA in Education and a BS in business and a BS in psychology. I have lived and worked all over the world, including Japan for three years, Portugal, Germany, and England. I am a native born Californian.
Writing has been my passion since 4th grade. I believe that "true heart" writers generally can relate to that early desire to write.

I 'm going to miss her when Elance closes, because I don't like the new UPwork platform. Too much money from independent workers going to a buggy platform. (more money-less benefits Never a good thing, Elance/upwork)

Work Terms
Projects 100 to 300,000 words (may be more words, if necessary)
Genre: Romance, Adventure, Historical, Children's series, Paranormal (i.e. ghosts, vampires,Shape shifters, banshee, robots), Fantasy, Mystery, Western Romance, Detective, Faith/Bible-based, Young Adult, Fiction (depends on Fiction topic)
Fixed Price Contracts Only (I was required to put hourly, but I do not work by the hour) Payments generally are paid by the word. General rule of thumb--depending on difficulty or length--1.5 cents to 3.0 cents per word.
Projects to be paid in installments/increments of work completed
Rate depends on research/no research and difficulty
General turn around: 10 to 15K (and sometimes 20K) per week depending on level of difficulty of project/research
Client must be very clear in what they desire accomplished in their final product
*Note: If research requires travel, writer's travel must be paid up front for travel and accommodations.
