Makearte started in 2014 by a graphic designer grown in Barcelona.
Interested in artistic printing and hand made screen printing, he’s living in Berlin nowadays. City of contrasts and culture, from the street art and graffiti to the most actual design and mode shopping.
Miquel Pasencia as a founder, has a long and diverse career passing through
- Graffiti and Street art, that was the spark which started his creative search.
- Advertising agencies like TBWA or Temas S.A. (with clients like Adidas, Mentos, Banc Sabadell, Chupa Chups, Tusgsal)
- Online shops like Privalia.
- Screen and Digital printer at PUSH Standart.
- Creative Director at Neu West Berlin.
- Curator of artistic projects like The Calligrafreaks ( http://calligrafreaksproject.com ) or Bhanu Project ( https://bhanuproject.blogspot.com ).

All those different disciplines and styles are reflected in our way of thinking. Spontaneous and rebel but professional and disciplinary at the same time. Our t-shirts are our canvas. A t-shirt it’s a way to express yourself in the day by day, at the street level and completely effective. They tell us about ideas and concepts with just a first visual contact.

We offer our services to private clients and companies.
Based in Berlin but able to travel to other cities all over the world.
You can find us from
Mon-Thu: 15-22h
Fri-sun: 10-21h (out of our office time).
