Work Terms

1. Scope of Work
All work will be based on the mutually agreed project scope. This may include:
Data sorting, cleaning, formatting, and copy-paste in Excel, Word, PPT, and PDF.
Production planning templates, BOM creation, and costing sheets.
Report preparation, dashboards, and performance analysis.
Root cause analysis (RCA) and MOM documentation.
Template and layout designing for management reports and ERP upload formats.
Any additional work or change in scope will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.

2. Project Timelines
Project timelines will be finalized after reviewing the client’s data and requirements.
Minor changes and formatting corrections are included within the delivery timeline.
Urgent or express delivery can be provided at an additional charge.

3. Revisions
Up to 2 free revisions are included for every project.
Additional revisions may be charged depending on complexity or time required.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

4. Communication
All communication will be handled through Guru chat, email, or video call (as per client preference).
Regular progress updates and sample approvals will be shared during the project.

5. Deliverables
Final files will be shared in Excel, Word, PPT, or PDF format, as requested.
All data and documents are treated with strict confidentiality.
I ensure files are well-formatted, accurate, and ready for professional use.

6. Payment Terms
50% advance to start the project, and the remaining 50% upon final approval.
For long-term or hourly projects, payments will follow Guru’s SafePay milestones.
Work will begin after milestone approval.

7. Confidentiality
All shared data, files, and business information will remain 100% confidential.
I do not share or reuse any client data under any circumstance.

8. After-Delivery Support
Minor technical or formatting corrections are free for 7 days post-delivery.
Extended support or ongoing project management can be arranged on request.
