Work Terms

1. Scope of Work & Deliverables
· Technical Development: Design, code, and test custom SAP ABAP solutions using standard RICEF components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
· Modern SAP Technologies: Custom development using CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), or Flexible Workflow in SAP S/4HANA/ECC environments.
· Testing & Documentation: Unit testing, code reviews, performance optimization, and creation of Technical Specification Documents (TSDs) prior to transport release.
2. Payment Agreement & Milestones (Guru SafePay)
· Billing Structure: Fixed Price per milestone or Hourly Rate (billed via Guru WorkRoom track/timesheets).
· SafePay Protection: Client must fund 100% of each milestone into Guru SafePay Escrow prior to project/milestone kickoff.
· Payment Release: Funds released within 3–5 business days upon client approval of deliverables or code transport.
· Guru Platform Fees: Handled per standard platform terms and account membership type.
3. Working Conditions & Collaboration
· System Access: Employer to provide secure remote access (SAP GUI, VPN, or SAP BTP Tenant) and test data.
· Communication: Progress updates via Guru WorkRoom, email, or scheduled standups.
· Transports: Code moved from DEV to QAS system upon completion; PROD deployment governed by client’s change management policy.
4. Revisions, Warranties & IP Rights
· Bug Fixes: Free bug fixes provided for up to 14–30 days post-delivery for scope-defined requirements.
· Scope Changes: Out-of-scope modifications require a formal Change Request and additional SafePay funding.
· Intellectual Property: All source code, programs, and documentation created belong exclusively to the client upon full payment release.
· Confidentiality: Strict adherence to non-disclosure of client system configurations and business data.
