Mechanism Design & Mechatronic Integration | Tight-Tolerance Electronics Packaging & Troubleshooting |Production-Ready CAD

Mechatronic Design & Troubleshooting Specialist | Tight-Tolerance Electronics Packaging

I am a Mechatronics and Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in complex mechanism design, electro-mechanical integration, and production-ready CAD. I work with hardware startups, product designers, and engineering teams to turn raw physical concepts into high-precision, manufacture-ready assemblies.

When a mechanical design jams, suffers from thermal/spatial constraints, or fails tolerance checks, I identify the root cause and engineer a robust solution.

Core Capabilities & Services:
• Mechanism Design & Dynamic Kinematics: Custom gearboxes, dynamic linkages, steering systems, servo integrations, and dynamic clearance analysis.
• Electro-Mechanical Integration: Seamlessly pairing motors, sensors, PCBs, and cabling inside tight spatial envelopes.
• Tight-Tolerance Electronics Packaging: Custom SLA/DLP/FDM enclosures, thermal management layout, connector accessibility, and structural protection.
• Troubleshooting & DFM Optimization: Identifying failure points in existing assemblies, optimizing tolerance stack-ups, and refining designs for rapid prototyping and injection molding.
• Production-Ready CAD Packets: Comprehensive 2D manufacturing drawings, DXF files, exploded view guides, and fully structured BOMs.

Primary Toolkit: SolidWorks, Fusion 360, SLA/FDM Rapid Prototyping.

From fixing a faulty mechanism to designing a micro-mechatronic prototype from scratch, I focus on spatial efficiency, mechanical reliability, and real-world manufacturability. Let's discuss your hardware project and constraints today.

Work Terms

Work Terms & Service Agreement

1. Hours & Communication

Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST).

Channel: All chat and files strictly inside the Guru WorkRoom.

Response: Within 12–24 hours on business days.

2. Phased Milestones & Payment

Milestone 1 — Concept & Architecture (50%): Mechanism trade study, kinematics, component selection, spatial packaging.

Milestone 2 — Detailed CAD & Assemblies (30%): Parametric 3D modeling, interference checks, SLA/FDM clearances.

Milestone 3 — Production & DFM (20%): 2D drawings with GD&T, STEP/IGES, detailed BOMs.

Escrow: Work on any phase begins ONLY after funds are fully deposited into Guru SafePay. Release occurs upon phase delivery.

3. Deliverables & Source Files

Full Asset Package: Native editable files (.SLDPRT/.SLDASM/Fusion 360) with full parametric feature trees, neutral 3D (.STEP/.IGES), and 2D drawings (.PDF/.DXF) are included at no extra charge.

4. Revisions & Scope

Included: 2 rounds of minor revisions (dimension tweaks, component moves) per milestone.

Out of Scope: Structural redesigns after layout sign-off or scope changes billed separately at $40/hr.

5. IP & NDAs

IP Transfer: 100% ownership and IP transfer to the client immediately upon final payment release.

Confidentiality: NDAs signed upon request.
