A Senior IT professional with a mission to add value to any software project in whatever way possible

I have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, always questioning the status quo to make something better than what it already is. I feel that there is always scope for improvement in whatever we do and we need to keep raising the bar as time progresses. With this mindset, I have dabbled at the corporate world, entrepreneurial organization of my own and now into freelancing. With a 30 year experience in the IT Industry I have seen this industry grow from the mainframe days to client/server to web technologies. Unlike my peers I still like to get my hands dirty with coding and would like to be hands on in whatever I do. My vision is to add value to any software project and make sure it succeeds since the success ratio in the industry is pretty low looking at the amount of effort which goes into it.

Work Terms

I would be upfront in terms of my working hours and would overlap with client working hours so that there is a communication channel setup on a daily basis and progress can be monitored continuously. I use skype, email and phone as the primary communication media in the same order of preference.
