• Interface with the internal and external auditors as a focal point for efficient management of the Statutory, Tax & Internal Audits as a part of Corporate Governance
• Oversee the completion of internal audit a per the audit program
• Developing Audit Reports and notes to accounts and making recommendations in order to ensure that accounts are prepared and maintained in conformance to statutory obligations
• Oversee filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessment and appeals
