Work Terms

1. PAYMENT TERMS:
- For Fixed Price projects: I require 50% escrow funding to begin work and the remaining 50% upon project completion and approval.
- For Hourly projects: I use the Guru time tracker to ensure transparency and accurate billing.

2. COMMUNICATION:
- I am based in the US (CST) and available for calls/meetings between 9 AM - 5 PM CST.
- I provide daily or weekly status updates (via the communication channel of your choice) so you always know the project status.
- I typically respond to all messages within 2-4 hours during business days.

3. CODE QUALITY & WARRANTY:
- I adhere to industry standards (SOLID principles, clean documentation).
- I provide a 14-day warranty period after delivery. If you find a bug in my code within 2 weeks, I will fix it for free.

4. DELIVERABLES:
- You will receive full source code ownership upon final payment.
- All code will be pushed to your repository (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) as requested.
