I hold 2 Masters: Intercultural Conflict Management, and Geopolitics and International Relations. After that I completed a Mediation training.
Over my academic and professional path, I consider my experience working with LGBTI activists in Uganda as a fundamental point. The thesis I wrote on the topic is cross-cutting between human rights, sexual minorities, post-colonialism, and persecution.
Therefore I tend to put in all my work a focus on respect of minorities, diversity, equality, mutual understanding, respect, and tolerance.
Work Terms
We can work wonderfully online with a videoconference software such as Skype, Zoom, or Teamviewer.
I also offer a follow-up session a month after the end of Mediation.
