My name is Marcus Rush, and I am originally from Springfield, Illinois. I spent many years of my youth as a military brat, moving to three different locations. I later joined the military where I worked project management for the hospital. I went on to gain my Bachelors in Business Management and my certification in Website Development.

Work Terms

I prefer to have an open communication with my clients where we can discuss in detail the aspects of the job before any coding or action takes place. I am open to working hourly or on a fixed budget. For fixed budget projects, I do require a 30% desposit.
