Looking for a long term homebased job.

Maria Jessa Obregon, married with 3 kids from Naga city, Philippines.
My fist BPO experience is with Sutherland Global services inc. under Petco US account. I worked with them for 6 months. I am processing orders, sending emails and resolving issues over the phone.

After that, My next BPO experience is with Stellar Philippines. I worked as a customer support representative for 1 year before I've been promoted to be part of the chat support team. The account is for a Australian airline where I am handling customer issues and queries over the phone and thru chat.

After that, I transferred to a Canadian telco company for better opportunities and I worked with them for 1 year and 8 months (GY Shift). I worked as a technical support representative. I am dealing with Canadians over the phone resolving queries and troubleshooting issues about their home phone, internet/WIFI, satellite TV and Fibe tv service.

Right now, I am teaching business English online to adult Japanese businessman/woman for 7 months after I decided to leave the corporate world last February 29, 2020.

Work Terms

I can work full time. My rate is $4/hour. I prefer to communicate thru chat.
