My name is Maria . I'm a Web Developer with a background in Web Design and I'm currently living in Russia. My primary focus is building completely custom WordPress websites. I have developed custom WordPress themes for many clients, from both provided designs or designs of my own creation. As an experienced WordPress Developer I can build high-quality custom WordPress themes and websites to meet your requirements. I have integrated many different solutions with WordPress from APIs with other web services, to eCommerce platforms using WooCommerce or Shopify, as well as completely custom WordPress membership and subscription based websites. In addition to my WordPress development, I am an experienced Front End Developer, regularly building compltely custom CSS frameworks for projects using tools such as Sass, and Gulp.js. I a skilled JavaScript developer and I also have experience with libraries and frameworks such as jQuery and Angular.js
Work Terms
Availability- 40 hrs/week (GMT 5.30+), Flexible with All Time Zones.
Quality Support- Yes, with on Skype, Yahoo, Gtalk/mail, and MSN.
Communications Skills- Excellent In English.
Reports- Daily Detailed Reports, Weekly and Monthly Reports with needed everything.
PAYMENT TERMS:
For projects over USD 100 :
We need an 35% advance and the all other project payments are based on various milestone based on updates shown as per the project plan. The contract service agreement includes the final proposal having clear updates based milestones, Assumptions, support period along with standard business terms. Delivery will be made after final payment.
For projects equal to or under USD 100:
**50% upfront, to get us started on selection.
**50% on showing completed work.
The aforementioned milestones are set after thorough discussion with our clients. We are, nevertheless, open to FAIR negotiation. We shall sign a standard NDA on request. We will provide 30 days free technical support, after delivery.

We are flexible to discuss and agree the payment terms and schedule that works best for both parties
