My coaching experience started last year, I was myself, my very first client.
Last year, I decided I wanted to do more in this life because I was incredibly unhappy with my job even though I loved it more than anything else. It was becoming a
love/hate kind of relationship until I decided to drop off completely after trying to quit two times before doing it definitely. I used to be a General Manager in a restaurant,
running the restaurant was incredibly stressful because of the lack of staff continuously going on and the lack of help and resources from the owner itself, I was tired of seeing solutions and not being able to use it or listen to my staff being unhappy and be part of their unhappiness instead of being helpful, each day was a painful lesson until I stood up for myself and left the job. One day, scrolling on my Instagram I got this Ad about a masterclass of how to have an income online and decided to give it a chance, so I signed up for it and the following day set an alarm for the masterclass and there I saw my first commitment towards myself, because I wasn't gonna do it for the guilt or for anybody else but for me and that somehow made me proud, I remember that feeling clearly. So, that morning I got up and took the masterclass which was about discovering your second nature and how to create an online course about it. I spent eight months working on it, and I created a Self Discovery journey about Self Coaching, to be able to find your balance, your second nature, the right lifestyle, adding new healthy choices to your routines...it was something that it was going to make you think about your entire life, growing a desire of doing more, being more, feel more! I am also passionate about Poetry and writing fiction and non-fiction stories!
