I am a practicing plastic surgeon, university assistant professor, and healthcare advisor. My work focuses on the practical side of medical education and digital health infrastructure—specifically, designing high-fidelity training curricula and engineering operational workflows for remote care platforms.

Communication & Schedule
I balance my consulting work with active academic and clinical responsibilities. I communicate directly and transparently. For routine project milestones, I use the Guru dashboard to keep a clear record of deliverables. For initial scoping and project handovers, we can schedule brief, focused discussions via Google Meet or Zoom.
Payment & Milestones
All projects are handled exclusively through Guru SafePay to keep expectations clear for both sides:
Fixed Scopes (Scripts/SOPs): Full milestone funding is required before drafting begins.
Large/Ongoing Consulting Work: Broken down into explicit, deliverable-based stages (e.g., Setup & Discovery ➔ Initial Drafts/Workflow Maps ➔ Final Revisions & Handover). Each stage must be funded before work on it begins.
Note: I do not provide unpaid sample work, but I am glad to share anonymized layout templates to demonstrate the formatting and depth of my deliverables.
