I graduated from German university in Cairo 2016 . Major Business Informatics. My 1st work was customer service in Egbank for 2 years , I worked directly with customer to ensure their satisfaction and provided general customer support. Then I worked as office manager in Boskalis company for 1year, I was responsible for handling all GM affairs' and handling the filling system and typing.Currently, I am taking courses offered by Google through coursera.com. The course is Foundations of Digital Marketing and E-commerce. Expected date of completion last August 2022 .
