I'm Mario McNally, founder of Salt Prep Consulting, based in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. I've spent 20+ years in the foodservice industry — as a restaurant operator, concept owner, and territory manager for two of the nation's largest food distributors. That time on both sides of the table shaped how I think about the business. I understand what operators need and I understand how suppliers work, which is a rare combination in this industry. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, I've opened concepts from the ground up, turned around ones that were struggling, and built the kind of purchasing and operational systems that create lasting margin improvement. When I work with a client it's hands-on, direct, and built around real results.
Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm CT. Available by appointment on weekends.
Payment Terms:
50% upfront, 50% on completion. For ongoing retainer engagements, billed monthly.

Phone and video call for strategy and discovery. Email for documentation and follow-up.
