He has 20 years of experience in the fields of mental-health and social services, 10 years of experience with mediation/conflict resolution, and he has been a nonprofit fund-raiser and grant-writer since 1993. With 16 years of experience with nonprofit marketing, he was the founder and director of the Boulder Chapter of Colorado Dramatists, and he was the founder and artistic director of Rising Stage Theatre, which sporadically presents public-readings of original plays written by Colorado playwrights.
