I worked my way through college in the Enterprise Risk Management department of one of the world's most trusted and prestigious companies, and I'll be honest with you--I had no idea what we were doing at the time. 25 years later I have come to grasp the importance of re-engineering and redesigning processes and teams. I have recently completed working on the redesign of the funding piece of a small mortgage lending firm--and it was a huge success! Because I so enjoyed helping another small company I decided to go "public" on Guru.com and to make my consulting practice more widely available.
