Work Terms

Here are my preferred work terms:

Hours of Operation:
I am flexible and fully available to align with U.S. business hours, including Central Standard Time (CST) or Eastern Standard Time (EST), which translates to a night shift here in the Philippines. To start, I am available for 15-20 hours per week to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration into your processes. As operations grow and my understanding deepens, I am eager and capable of expanding my commitment to full-time (40 hours per week).

Payment Terms:
My preferred starting hourly rate is $5 per hour. I would ideally prefer weekly or bi-weekly payments via a reliable platform like PayPal or Wise, or your company's standard secure payment method.

Preferred Communication Style:
I highly value clear, concise, and proactive communication. I am responsive and prefer to use a combination of:

Gmail: For formal communications, detailed instructions, and record-keeping.

Chat Platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger): For quick questions, updates, and daily coordination.

Video Calls (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet): For scheduled meetings, discussions, and more complex problem-solving.
I believe in keeping lines of communication open to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Collaboration Tools & Other Preferences:
I am proficient with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and the full Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Gmail). I am highly adaptable and a rapid learner when it comes to integrating with new property management software or other tools your team may utilize. I thrive in an organized environment, am committed to meticulous detail, and consistently strive for excellence in all tasks. I am always open to constructive feedback to continuously improve my performance.
