Work Terms
INITIAL CONFERENCE CALL -Meet & Greet, identify goals and objectives, determine start and end dates and review project details. Freelancer will provide recommendations that will help the success of the project.
OUTLINE OF WORK -Once hired, Freelancer provides a Project Agreement with scope of work, special requirements, milestones with dates and work terms. Milestones let the customer know exactly what they will receive and when; this is for customer approval before work begins.
DRAFT/DRAFTS/DRAFTS -Following the milestone timeline, freelancer provides multiple drafts of the project for customer approval. Given the agree upon project end, that will drive the number of drafts to meet the completion goal. There may be several questions via calls to gather additional source material or answers customer’s questions.
FINAL DELIVERABLE -The final is sent to the customer and SafePay must be released the same day. If there are questions after final delivery and minor changes, I’ll address the questions.
ADDITIONAL WORK TERMS: Communications thru Guru.com, or phone. --Some projects require a deposit to SafePay account before first project draft is sent. --Available during normal business hours and some weekends-for additional fee. --Price estimates are valid for 15 Business Days. --Service will be priced at a project fixed rate.
