By day, I'm a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist with several years of hands-on experience building end-to-end CRM solutions for organisations ranging from national government agencies to NGOs. I've led projects implementing D365 Customer Service, Sales, and Contact Centre solutions, including a national contact centre handling 5,000+ daily customer queries. I've built integrations using Azure Functions, REST APIs, Power Automate, and custom connectors, and I hold multiple Microsoft certifications including Power Platform Developer Associate and Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate. I studied Computer Science at the University of Hertfordshire and graduated with a Second Class Upper degree.

Work Terms
Hours of Operation
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM East Africa Time (EAT, UTC+3). I am not available on Sundays. Messages received outside working hours will be responded to the next working day within 2 hours of opening.
Communication
I prefer Guru.com WorkRoom messaging to keep a clear project trail. I am open to scheduled calls via Google Meet or Zoom for complex discussions. All requirements, feedback, and revision requests must be provided in writing.
Project Kickoff
A clear brief covering scope, deliverables, and deadlines is required before work begins. No work commences without a confirmed Guru.com agreement in place.
Payment Terms
I work exclusively through Guru.com SafePay.
Short term projects (under 1 week): 100% escrowed upfront.
Medium term projects (1 to 4 weeks): 50% deposit before start, 50% on delivery.
Long term projects (1 month+): Milestone based payments, each funded in SafePay before the corresponding work begins.
No payments outside Guru.com are accepted.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included per deliverable. Additional rounds are billed at my standard hourly rate. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
Cancellations
If cancelled after work has begun, payment is due for all completed work on a pro-rata basis.
Confidentiality
All client information is handled with full discretion. NDAs are welcome upon request.
