Work Terms

Availability: Full-time and part-time contracts considered. Available for both short-term projects and long-term engagements.
Communication: I maintain clear, professional communication throughout every project. Expect regular progress updates, milestone check-ins, and prompt responses within 24 hours during business days.
How I Work: Before any work begins, I require a clearly defined scope of work, agreed deliverables, and an active SafePay agreement. This protects both parties and ensures we are aligned from day one.
Milestones: I strongly prefer milestone-based contracts over lump-sum payments. This gives you full visibility into progress and ensures you only pay for work that has been delivered and verified.
Revisions: Each milestone includes up to two rounds of reasonable revisions. Significant scope changes after project kickoff are subject to a revised quote.
Confidentiality: I treat all client data, business logic, and proprietary information with strict confidentiality. NDAs are welcome and can be signed before any project discussion begins.
Security Standards: All systems I build follow PCI DSS and GDPR best practices by default. If your project handles sensitive financial or personal data, I will flag risks early and recommend appropriate safeguards.
What I Do Not Do: I do not work outside the Guru platform, I do not accept unpaid trial tasks, and I do not begin full development without a signed agreement and funded milestone in place.
