• API & Compliance Integration: Configured end-to-end POS payment gateway integrations (Paymob) managing HMAC security and terminal mapping. Project-managed ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing compliance, acting as the technical bridge between enterprise clients and remote backend developers.


Enterprise Architecture Setup (Estadat & City Club): Spearheaded the end-to-end implementation for a 170-user enterprise. Configured cross-functional modules including Accounting, Purchasing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Inventory, while successfully importing massive historical Chart of Accounts and Assets and directed the UAT phase, managing junior consultants to execute client training and system validation.

• Manufacturing & Workflow Design (Arab Textile Industries Co.): Led the system design from start to finish, conducting Gap Analysis and UAT. Successfully imported complex master data including 6-level Bill of Materials (BOM), operations, and work centers.
