I work with different specialization such as structural detailing, architectural detailing, as-built plans, Photoshop editing, 3D modeling & rendering. I experienced also a freelance drafter of elevator company in New York. I have a wide experience as an Autocad Drafter. I can provides drawings in a short period of time accurately and understandable. I'm organized and detail oriented. I have constructed 2 residential houses here in Philippines. Work Terms

I render overtime just to make sure I'll pass it on time and also make sure that will make my client satisfy. I usually get paid by Paypal or direct in my bank account. I preferred using gmail for communicating because we can send big amount of files there.
