Work Terms

Scope of Work:
I provide comprehensive social media support to help your brand maintain a consistent and engaging online presence. My services include content planning, creating simple graphics using Canva, writing captions with strategic hashtags, scheduling posts using tools like Buffer or Meta Planner, managing comments and DMs, organising your social media pages, conducting trend research, generating content ideas, and light video editing. Tasks outside this scope can be discussed and agreed upon separately.

Communication:
Clear and timely communication is important. All correspondence will be done via and WhatsApp. I will respond within 24 hours on business days. I'll keep you updated on progress and let you know immediately of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery:
Content and tasks will be delivered according to the agreed schedule. I strive to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency in all social media tasks.

Revisions:
Each post or project includes [1–2] rounds of revisions. Additional revisions can be requested, and any extra work beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms:
Payment is required [weekly/monthly/per project] as agreed. Work will begin once payment is confirmed. Payments for completed work are non-refundable in case of cancellation or termination.

Confidentiality:
All client information, account credentials, and content remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Cancellation/Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with 2 days’ notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
