With over five years of experience in coaching and emotional intelligence, I specialize in guiding clients through personal transformation, emotional growth, and self-empowerment. My approach combines a deep understanding of human emotions with practical tools to help clients enhance communication, build stronger relationships, and gain clarity in their personal and professional lives.

As a certified trainer, I adopt a holistic approach to coaching, focusing on both personal and professional development. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for individuals and couples to explore their emotions and develop the skills they need to thrive.

Work Terms
I’m available for coaching sessions from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday, and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) on weekends. I’m also open to adjusting my availability for special circumstances.
Payment Terms:
Payment for individual sessions is due upon booking. For longer-term coaching packages, an upfront deposit is required, with the balance due before each session.
Preferred Communication:
I prefer to use the Guru messaging system for updates and scheduling. Our sessions can take place via Google Meet, and I’m also happy to use Zoom if that’s more convenient for you. I strive to create an open, respectful, and supportive environment in all interactions, and I’m always available to clarify any questions you may have.
