WORK EXPERIENCE

Duties:Type and correct correspondences and reports from Board Secretary’s office, diarize meeting, make preparations for official meetings and functions, arrange Board Secretary’s travel/hotel reservations and to record proceedings of Management/ Chief Officers meetings.

Personal Secretary

Duties: Type and correct correspondences and reports from Board’s Secretary’s Office, Diarize meeting, make preparations for official meetings and functions, arrange Board Secretary’s travel/hotel reservations and to record proceedings of Management /Chief officers meetings .

Court Reporter

Duties: Takes verbatim proceedings and court proceeding in shorthand and transcribe notes to ordinary characters. Type case proceedings and correspondences, takes minutes of meeting as directed, Types appeals to high court.

weekdays - 5pm to 11pm
weekends - 8am to 1pm
