I’m Matej, long time freelance photographer based in Zagreb, Croatia. Filled with a burning passion for Concert photography, with skills in Lifestyle, Festival, Portrait & Product photography. What keeps me shooting photos is the trill being there, in the moment and freezing it in time with an image that makes you say “Wow”.
I’m mostly self-though, but from time to time I look up some new ideas on the World Wide Web & apply it to my own style of photography. Since 2011 I’ve been experimenting with my shooting & editing. I can say that for the last few years I kept style more or less consistent, finding the perfect balance for most situations, while still keep what makes my photos, my photos.
When I don’t eat up my time soaking up the newest in photo tricks (and gigs), I spend it either with my dog Mike (who I try to bring to as many shoots as possible, he has an A+ skill in making people relax during shoots), staying fit with regular Calisthenics workouts (I didn’t get the nickname Ninja & Commando out of nowhere), and of course keeping my eyes & reflexes constantly sharp by playing Fighting Games (or I just organise tournaments in them) & Anti-Gravity Racers.
