Work Terms

Revisions and Modifications:
- Two rounds of revisions are included in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond this will be subject to an hourly rate of $2.

Payment Terms:
- Payment will be structured in three milestones: 30% upfront upon project initiation, 30% upon completion of Milestone 2, and the remaining 40% upon final project delivery and client approval.

Confidentiality:
- All project-related information shared between the client and the freelancer shall remain confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior written consent.

Ownership of Work:
- Upon full payment, the client will have full ownership rights to the delivered project. Until full payment is received, all rights to the work remain with the freelancer.

Termination Clause:
- Either party may terminate this agreement in writing with a notice period of 14 days. In the event of termination, the client shall compensate the freelancer for the work completed up to the termination date.

Legal Compliance:
-Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection laws, intellectual property rights, and tax regulations.

Dispute Resolution:
- In case of any disputes arising from this agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in kenya."
