I am a professional freelancer with over 25 years of experience in Plastic Extrusion technologies and film and sheet process.

In the past, I have worked and contributed with a few major machinery manufacturers such as Battenfeld Gloucester Engineering, Macro Engineering and Technology Inc. and Alpha Marathon Film Extrusion Technologies Inc. in North America. I have been part of the installation team of over 14 Black Clawson stretch film lines alone. In total, I have completed process start-up and installation of more than 50 different lines during my professional career.

I am highly skilled in project relationships inside and outside companies which I acquired over long periods of stay in the factories of clients in the USA, Canada, Brazil, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Spain, Australia, Germany, Denmark, Taiwan, India, South Korea and Japan.



I would like to send my freelance rate for my professional services for process start-up, acceptance test, product process trials, new equipment installation and customer training assistance. In case you need extra hands on your future projects, I can sign a contract assignment on a project by project basis.

Work Terms

FREELANCE DAILY RATES FOR OEM Professional services for process start-up, acceptance test, product process trials, new equipment installation and start-up assistance can be provided. All type of Project/supplier management services from concept to completion.
LABOR CHARGES (hourly rates USD currency)
BASIC RATE $50.00
(Applies on weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm - not to exceed eight (8) hours within one day)
OVERTIME RATE $75.00
(Applies all day for Saturdays and weekdays from 6 pm to 10 pm and when the basic hours exceed 8 hours within one day)
SUNDAY OR HOLIDAY HOURLY RATE $85.00
TRAVEL TIME HOURLY $40.00
PER DIEM - If stays overnight $50.00
MINIMUM SERVICE CHARGE - eight (8) hours minimum will be charged
WATING CHARGES (daily rates) $400.00
NON-WORKING DAY DUE TO CUSTOMER ISSUE

ACTUAL COST OF TRANSPORTATION
Air travel, car rental and taxi fare will be charged at actual cost.

ADDITIONAL TRIPS DURING EXTENDED ASSIGNMENTS
For field assignments exceeding three (3) weeks duration, the actual transportation cost and travel time may be charged for field service personnel to return home during the installation.
TRAVEL TIME CHARGES
OUTBOUND TRIPS
Travel time will be the total from the time that the field service personnel departs from his home whichever occurs last, until he arrives at the customer’s plant or hotel/motel at the destination, whichever occurs first.
RETURN TRIPS
Travel time will be total from the time when the field service personnel departs from the customer’s plant or hotel, whichever occurs last, until he arrives home.
LOCAL TRAVEL TO PLANT
No travel time will be charged for travel between the field service personnel’s hotel/motel and the customer’s plant.
