Data Scientist to Tech Startups and University Laboratories
I've spent the last 8 years expanding the intersection of scientific research, data, and, programming - primarily in the fields of behavioral & biomedical science. For example, I've developed a novel psychometric scale, reverse-engineered an undocumented file format, and developed a method to use Computer Vision to clean video.
I'm drawn to interesting, challenging work - I have broad interests and curiosity (I love reading academic journal articles about fields I've never heard of), teaching myself new software & statistical techniques, and exploring new datasets. I am highly self-disciplined and self-directing.
