Work Terms

My primary method of communication is through Guru messages to keep all project details in one place. I am available for scheduled calls via Zoom or phone for project kick-offs or detailed discussions. I maintain flexible working hours. While my core production days are Monday - Friday, I am responsive to messages and new project inquiries 7 days a week. You can expect a reply within 24 hours.
I work exclusively through Guru's SafePay system.
For fixed-price projects: I require a funded milestone before work begins. For larger projects, we can agree on multiple milestones based on deliverables (e.g., 1. Outline, 2. First Draft, 3. Final Draft).
For hourly projects: I will track all time directly through the Guru Time Tracker.
Revisions:
One to two rounds of reasonable revisions are included in the quoted price to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final product. Additional revisions outside the original scope may be billed at my standard hourly rate.
