Matthew recieved his B.S. in Business Administration from the Gore School of Business at Westminster College, and is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute. Over the past fifteen years Matthew has recruited, interviewed, and hired thousands of talented employees.
