Editor, 1st AD, and coffee lover
Max Seiler is a skilled and versatile film industry professional with a focus on assistant directing and editing. He holds a BFA in Film from the School of Visual Arts. While in school, Max assumed various roles as AD, editor and producer for more than 20 short films. He also served as assistant director on a feature length-film, which aired on the Lifetime Movie Network.
In his current role as production supervisor and editor at Automatic Studios, Max oversees, coordinates and edits short films for an introductory film studies program for children. A native of New Jersey, Max now lives in Manhattan, where he provides freelance editing and AD services.
