I anticipate my payments to be made only when the project is complete and the customer is okay with the job in other to maintain a friendly work relationship with my clients.
I deliver my services on the ground of trust and honesty against same way expect my client to deal honestly with me.
If your project is complete and you are satisfied, I expect that payment should be made immediately without delay, if there are issues about the project, i expect my client to inform me about that, if they find any difficulty utilizing my services or incomplete work etc. which ever be the case i expect my client to contact with me, I shall without delay respond to the issue to ensure my Client is well satisfied, I give one+ week guarantee of test drive within which if there is any problem I shall deal with it without any form of payment.
Any issues relating to job time will be discussed with the client only on his or her acceptance based on my suggestion that an adjustment can be made.
