Work Terms

Hours of Operation: My standard working hours are 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM GMT/BST, Monday to Saturday. I am available outside of these hours for urgent security incidents and pre-scheduled work.

Preferred Communication: For initial enquiries and general communication. For detailed discussions, I use scheduled video calls via Google Meet or Zoom. I aim to respond to all messages within 24 business hours.

Project Workflow: My process typically involves:

An initial consultation to understand your requirements.

A detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost.

Execution of the service with regular progress updates.

Delivery of a comprehensive final report and debriefing.

Payment Terms: For fixed-price projects under £400, payment is due in full upon completion. For larger projects, a 50% upfront deposit is required to secure the booking, with the final 50% due upon delivery. For hourly work, invoicing is done at the end of each week.

Confidentiality: Client confidentiality is paramount. All information shared and findings from my work are treated as strictly confidential. I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before commencing any project.
