Work Terms

1. Workflow & Communication
Briefing: Project details, raw footage, branding guidelines, and audio assets must be provided before starting.

Communication: All updates and feedback will be handled strictly through Guru Messaging.

2. Revisions Policy
Included Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of minor revisions (text adjustments, color tweaks, minor pacing changes) are included.

Scope Changes: Requests for a completely new script, narrative change, or re-editing from scratch after approval will be treated as a new milestone.

3. Payment & Milestones
Safepay Escrow: For fixed-price projects, 100% of the milestone payment must be deposited into Guru Safepay Escrow before work begins.

Final Release: Final watermark-free video will be delivered upon release of the payment.

4. Delivery & Project Files
Final video delivered in high quality (1080p, 4K, MP4, MOV, or requested format).

Source Files: Raw project files (After Effects / Premiere Pro) can be provided upon prior agreement/additional payment.
