Work Terms

1. Payment Terms:
• All projects must be through Guru SafePay
• 50% advance payment mandatory for new clients
• Remaining 50% before final delivery
• Milestone payments mandatory for projects over 1 week
• Project delivery may be delayed if payment is delayed

2. Pre-Project Requirements:
• Before work begins, MUST HAVE:
- Complete project requirements in written form
- All reference materials
- Access credentials (if required)
- Branding guidelines
• Work will NOT start until above items are received

3. Revision Policy:
• 3 free revisions (within 7 days of delivery)
• Additional revisions: $15 per revision
• New features/functionality require new milestones
• Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

4. Delivery Timeline:
• Standard delivery: 3-10 business days (based on project size)
• Rush projects: +50% additional charge
• Timeline starts from date of receiving all client requirements
• Timeline may be adjusted if client response is delayed

5. Scope of Work:
• Only items agreed in project proposal are included
• New additions/changes require new quotation and timeline
• Work scope must be agreed in written form

6. Communication:
• Primary communication: Guru Message System
• Response time: 24-48 business hours
• Weekly progress reports will be provided

7. Intellectual Property:
• All rights transfer to client after final payment received
• Source files provided only after full payment
• I retain right to showcase completed work in portfolio

8. Cancellation Policy:
• Advance payment non-refundable after work begins
• Client must pay for completed work if cancelled by client
• Project considered cancelled if no communication for 48 hours

Note: Legal action may be taken for false accusations/defamation cases.
