I am seeking employment translating--from business to software/website localization (and everything in between). I have spent several years working with this language and in doing so have developed a sense of passion-- along with professional pride in providing the best translation possible. One that not only fulfills the word requirement, but also captures intent and meaning that is culturally relevant to the target of the piece.
Translating is more than shunting words from one language to another. It is also meant to capture the ideal behind the words and make it culturally desirable and/or understandable in the target language.


Ideally, I am looking for a position that would utilize this ability with translation be it Korean to English, or English to Korean.

Ideally, I am looking for a position that would utilize this ability with translation be it Korean to English, or English to Korean. As such, work hours are entirely open and will be dictated by the material to be translated. Payment terms are per hour, or by word count (anything below 20,000 words can be negotiated as per word).
