Work Terms
Workplace Conditions
Operational Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Ethiopia Time, GMT+3), Monday through Saturday. In order to meet client demands, agreements can be made on an individual basis for urgent requests or high-priority jobs outside of these hours.
Terms of Payment:
Payment Options: PayPal, bank transfer, or other approaches decided upon by both parties.
Project-Based Work: Before the project starts, a 50% down payment is needed, and the remaining 50% is due after the job is completed and approved by the client.
Hourly Work: Depending on the predetermined schedule, hourly rates are billed either weekly or monthly.
Late Payment Policy: Unless prior arrangements are made, payments that are made after the agreed-upon terms may be subject to additional costs.

The main channels for meetings, updates, and conversations include Zoom, Telegram, WhatsApp, and email.
Response Time: On work days, all messages are normally answered within 12 to 24 hours.
