Work Terms
Payment Terms
Small Projects: 100% advance, or 50% advance + 50% before final drawing delivery.
Medium Projects: 40–50% advance, 30–40% after the first drawing submission, and the remaining balance before the final files are delivered.
Large Projects: Payments based on project milestones (e.g., Concept → 30%, Shop Drawings → 40%, Final Submission → 30%).
Standard Terms & Conditions
Quotation is valid for 15–30 days.
Prices are based on the agreed scope of work.
Any additional work or revisions outside the approved scope will be charged separately.
2–3 minor revisions are included unless otherwise agreed.
Final editable files (DWG/Revit) will be shared after full payment.
Delivery time starts after receiving all required inputs and the advance payment.
Taxes (if applicable) will be charged extra.
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, UPI, or other mutually agreed methods.
