Concept & Drafting: I develop layout options or technical drawings and present them for your review.

Final Delivery: You receive organized, high-resolution source files (.DWG) and PDFs ready for execution.
2. Turnaround Time & Availability

Availability: I operate as a dedicated remote architect and am available for both project-based milestones and long-term studio collaborations.

Turnaround Time: Delivery timelines depend strictly on the project's scale. Minor 2D CAD detailing or layout modifications are typically delivered within 2–4 business days, while full villa or hotel conceptual projects follow a mutually agreed milestone schedule.

3. Payment Preferences

All project payments must be managed safely through the platform's secure escrow/milestone system.

For mid-to-large-scale projects, work is divided into clear milestones (e.g., 30% upon concept approval, 40% upon technical development, 30% upon final delivery of source files). This ensures financial security and transparency for both parties.
4. Communication Channels

To comply with marketplace guidelines and maintain a clear, auditable paper trail of design decisions, all primary communication, project briefs, and text updates must remain within the platform’s chat system.

For complex technical alignments or architectural reviews, text messages within the workspace are highly preferred to ensure no details are lost.
