I prepare clear, traceable, and easy-to-review deliverables for contractors, engineers, estimators, and construction teams. My work combines drawing measurement with practical engineering judgment and field-based construction logic.

Work Terms

Available for part-time freelance work, short-term tasks, urgent support, and ongoing project-based collaboration.

Communication can be handled through Guru messages, platform chat, or scheduled voice/video calls when needed.

Before starting a quantity takeoff, BBS, drafting, or drawing review task, I prefer to confirm the project scope, drawing set, units, assumptions, required output format, deadline, and review expectations.

For unclear or missing information, I prepare assumption notes, clarification items, exclusions, or RFI-style comments so the client can review them before final delivery.

Typical deliverables may include Excel quantity sheets, BOQ tables, marked-up PDF files, Bluebeam measurement summaries, rebar BBS tables, CAD/PDF revision notes, drawing review notes, or organized construction documentation.

My timezone is Turkey time, and I can work with international clients by agreeing on clear milestones, deadlines, and update frequency.
