I was working as Business Development Manager in Redington Gulf, Dubai, which is one of the largest value added distributor worldwide. I was managing portfolio of three backup and disaster recovery vendors across entire Middle East (except KSA, Kuwait and Qatar) and Africa. I was actively involved in designing & executing new marketing strategies in consultation with senior management for
acquisition of new clients. Other responsibilities included preparation & implementation of the market expansion plan, optimization of internal policies, processes and systems to enhance organizational effectiveness and mentoring, training & assessment of management interns.

I have developed a deep interest in business development and sales and marketing during my studies at IIM Kozhikode. I did my summer internship at Tonic Media, a reputed digital media marketing firm where I worked on identifying potential clients through competition analysis for creating a strong pitch to bid for new clients. As a part of job, I carried out analysis of social media data and presented the insights to help design strategy and intelligent content for various online and offline marketing campaigns. I also organized daily TubeLight sessions and presented successful campaign ideas to whole team. I worked as a member of Merchandizing and Designing Committee where I was managing education loan and student deals including formal suits, bike deals, laptops & IT accessories.

I also volunteered for Second Science Conclave, an international congregation and mediated between 13 Nobel Laureates and 1500 Indian students while providing hospitality to 24 distinguished international scientists.
