I am highly flexible and happy to schedule overlap hours to accommodate clients in North American, European, or Australian time zones for kickoff calls, milestone reviews, and collaborative design sessions.

Communication Style:
Clear, proactive communication is essential to a smooth engineering workflow. I prefer using asynchronous communication (email, Slack, or direct platform messaging) for daily updates, quick questions, and file sharing. For complex design reviews or discussing detailed simulation results, I recommend scheduling a weekly or bi-weekly video call (Google Meet or Zoom) to ensure complete alignment.

Payment Terms & Structure:
My standard freelance rate ranges from $30 to $60 per hour, scaling with the technical complexity of the project (e.g., standard 3D CAD modeling vs. advanced AI generative design and scripting).

For well-defined, comprehensively scoped projects, I am fully open to fixed-price contracts. These are typically structured around specific, tangible milestones (e.g., Initial Concept, Simulation Validation, Final CAD Delivery). I generally request a standard upfront milestone funding or deposit before commencing work on fixed-price agreements.
