Work Terms
Hours of Operation:Available full-time/part-time for remote engagements. I operate primarily on a flexible schedule and am highly adaptable to overlapping with major global time zones (including EST, PST, and CET) for meetings and core collaboration.
Preferred Communication Style:Async-first approach using tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Discord for daily updates and documentation. I prefer structured, milestone-based check-ins and am available for scheduled video syncs via Zoom or Google Meet.
Payment & Contract Terms:Open to hourly rates, fixed-price contracts, or monthly retainer models depending on the project scope. All billing, invoices, and milestones are preferred to be managed securely through the platform's escrow system.
