Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM MSK (UTC+3)
Available for urgent requests and flexible scheduling upon prior arrangement.

Communication:
I prioritize clear, responsive communication via Guru messaging, email. Regular progress updates are provided at agreed milestones, and I welcome feedback at every stage to ensure alignment with your vision.

Payment Terms:
I work on both fixed-price and hourly contracts, depending on project scope and complexity. For larger projects, I prefer milestone-based payments with SafePay to ensure mutual security and transparency. Initial deposits or milestone approvals are required before beginning work on subsequent phases.

Deliverables & Revisions:
All files are delivered in industry-standard formats (DWG, IFC, PDF) with organized layers, clear naming conventions, and comprehensive annotation. I include up to two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope; additional revisions are billed separately.

Confidentiality & IP:
I respect client confidentiality and sign NDAs upon request. All intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
