Who We Help
I typically help men and women who lack confidence lose their identity and are no longer in control of their lives, which has impacted their mental health. I help them regain their identity to feel more motivated, confident, and back in control of their lives.

In the last few years, we’ve seen a global pandemic, economic downturns, a cost of living crisis, adaptation to hybrid working, great resignation and a recruitment crisis. It has taken a toll on employees, and now – more than ever – they need mental health support in the workplace.
