Helping customers is my passion and have a high level of Integrity at work.

Having been exposed to the BPO industry has been the most successful 5 years I’ve spent after I graduated. Obtaining such solid experience in customer service led me into mastering account maintenance, banking and finance, and problem-solving of client complaints. I was able to grow holistically with my previous industry by developing my skills not only in my field of expertise but also in the field related to it.

Worked as CSR in one of the most awarded companies in global business services ( Concentrix Philippines ) for 3 years. Handled Insurance complaints and mortgage collections. Inbound and outbound calls from United Kingdom. Moreover, I’m currently employed in a multinational financial company as a Senior Customer Care Specialist (Escalations Department) for almost 3 years now. Handling inbound and outbound calls for money transfer complaints from the United States and general complaints from Europe and Global countries. Awarded as Top Associate across the board ( November 2013 and Top Agent of the year (2014).I have a vast experience in terms of handling complicated to highly escalated calls. I can navigate multiple tools simultaneously while taking live calls. I'm proficient with different CRM softwares:
