Script editing is more than just making sure the words are spelt or the lines formatted correctly on the page. More than this, it is about understanding each story, exploring its themes entirely, digging into its characters and imagery and rhetorical structure, so that you really know what makes it tick. Then, and only then, can notes be their most useful and focused and only then can they really begin to uncover how to develop the story the writer set out to tell.

My development work is not just about making your work commercially viable, though of course this isn't overlooked. Rather, it is about pushing the stories you're born to tell to be as compelling and provocative as possible, whilst aligning them with the needs of producers and directors to give them a future where their stories don't end on the page but make the leap to screen.
